You need an Indian mobile number and you must be old enough to enter a contract. Keep your account to yourself — coupons are issued to you, not transferable.

Every discount applies above a ₹1,000 bill. A coupon is valid for the shop and period shown when you saved it. Offers can be withdrawn for new saves at any time, but a coupon already in your Plan Tab stays honoured until it expires.

You pay the discounted bill in the app. Cashback is 10% of what you actually paid and lands in your Copicod wallet. Wallet credit can be spent on future Copicod bills; it is not withdrawable as cash.

Copicod lists offers and processes payment. The goods and services themselves are sold by the shop, and disputes about quality are between you and them — though tell us, because we delist shops that generate them.
