Merchant agreement

Copicod charges 5% of the order value on bills placed through Copicod. That is the only charge: no listing fee, nothing monthly, no paid placement. Bills that did not come through a Copicod coupon cost you nothing.

You set the discount, the minimum bill and the days it runs, and the discount is funded by your shop. You can pause an offer at any time. Pausing stops new customers saving it; coupons already saved stay honoured until they expire, because we do not withdraw a code a customer was told was valid.

The customer pays the discounted bill in the app and we settle to the account you registered, less the 5% fee, the same day. Keep your bank details current — we cannot settle to an account whose name does not match your registered business.

You confirm the registration numbers you gave us are accurate and current. We may delist a shop that misrepresents them, refuses a valid coupon at the counter, or generates repeated customer disputes.
